He apparently grew concerned when he became the first guy in history to suffer from rust on the inside of his boom stick.
According to UPI, a 44-year-old Malaysian man who recently had 10 metal ball bearings implanted inside his penis because a “friend” told him it would “bolster his sexual abilities” had to have emergency surgery to remove them after the
y began to rust.
A man known simply as Ramli said he inserted the balls himself after his friend said he had gained increased sexual stamina from doing it.
While at first the ballsy self-surgery paid off in that he was really able to satisfy the ladies, Ramli said within a matter of months, he was unable to get an erection. A doctor convinced him to have the ball bearings removed or he would eventually become forever impotent.
Once the doctor removed the balls, he determined the pain and impotence were a result of rust.
No word if the same doctor also checked inside Ramli’s skull to see if it was empty.
