Watch a Drunk Fox News Reporter Brawl With the Police in Jail

Fox News reporter Gregg Jarrett is used to reporting on the news but he’s quickly becoming a fixture on news reports for all the wrong reasons. Jarrett was arrested for being drunk and disorderly at an airport bar in St. Paul, Minnesota, in May. Well now there’s video footage of how he was behaving once he was brought into custody. If you watch the video, you can see a somewhat belligerent Jarrett hurl some curse words at the cops.

The cops did not like that at all. As soon as Jarrett starts mouthing off, the cops use physical force to shut him up. They really seemed to go out of their way to rough up the news anchor. Was all of that necessary? The slamming into the wall and bench? You make the call.

In any case, Jarrett had just recently been released from a drug and alcohol treatment center and he was found to have the drug Gabapentin on his person. It’s the kind of drug that does not mix well with alcohol, as the video proves. Due to the altercation, the airport police transferred Jarrett to the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center in downtown Minneapolis, where he was released after posting a $300 bond on May 22.
