There’s no way around it. No matter what angle you look at this story from, this guy is a loser. Well, allegedly.
To the best of our knowledge, Akron resident Robert Kiefer is not a canine. But that could be called into question after he allegedly bit a postman whose mailbag didn’t contain the check Kiefer was waiting for. Oh, and that was after he took the 56-year-old mailman’s pepper spray and used it on him.
A quick glance at Kiefer’s mug shot should make the story just a tad more believable:

We’ll just assume he was waiting on an unemployment check of some sort.
Kiefer also briefly scuffled with an officer who arrived on the scene, but he was eventually subdued, arrested, and charged with assault and resisting arrest.
It shouldn’t come as a shock that he was unable to post the $1,000 bond. Although, he probably would have been able to if that asshole mailman would have had that damn check.
