When shopping for children’s toys this holiday season, please keep one thing in mind: Just because a box is labeled “hero” or “superhero” and has some variation of a toy resembling Batman or Spider-Man inside, that doesn’t make it so. In fact, most of the time, quite the opposite is true. Most knockoff memorabilia has subtle indicators of its lack of authenticity. In the following list, however, there are glowing ones. Here are some of the worst bootlegged toys ever, for glaringly obvious reasons.
