Ryan Reynolds will be reprising his role of Deadpool, “The Merc with a Mouth,” from X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Only this version of Deadpool, if this amazing, sexy picture is to be believed, will be entirely more accurate to the vision from the original comic books. Indeed, this costume seems to be the first superhero movie costume that is 100% accurate to the original drawings, right down to the moving white eyes, and the silly little Deadpool belt buckle.
Ryan Reynolds tweeted the above picture earlier today, ensuring that we would not only see the Deadpool costume, but would be turned on by it as well. Note: Everything is sexier when it’s draped across a bearskin rug. He accompanied the photo with the text “With great power comes great irresponsibility.”
Check Out: Will Deadpool Be Rated PG-13?
Deadpool is unique in the superhero universe in that he has somehow learned that he is inside of a superhero comic. He is a character that follows the tropes of exploitation storytelling (he’s a superpowered super-assassin), but also a parody of it; Deadpool is sure to comment on his bizarre life as a cartoon. The Deadpool movie is set for release on February 12th, 2016.
