Microsoft announced its new Xbox Play Anywhere feature during its E3 2016 press conference, which will effectively allow Xbox One and PC owners to play their digital games on both Xbox One and PC at no additional cost.
When players use this feature their progress will be shared across both systems, meaning you can effectively play Gears of War 4 on both the console and your desktop. Yes, that also means Gear of War 4 has been announced for PC.
