Mighty Morphin Power Rangers has been one Boom! Studios’ best selling comics this year, but at this rate the Rangers will be lucky to survive to see 2017!
Writer Kyle Higgins and artist Hendry Prasetya have set the clock back to Tommy’s first few weeks on the team as the Green Ranger. Tommy thought he was free of Rita Repulsa, but Rita had other ideas! The Rangers may have defeated the latest monster, but their growing distrust of Tommy has poisoned the group’s dynamic. Now, their worst fears have come true. The Black Dragon has emerged in the Command Center and their mentor, Zordon is down. The so-called “teenagers with attitude” are gonna have to face their biggest test yet!

In the aftermath of the Rangers’ last battle, Tommy’s mother has started to realize that her son is nowhere to be found. And let’s just say that he may have a hard time explaining this one to her…
