The Xbox One S has been officially unveiled by Microsoft, with the upgraded console kicking off the company’s E3 2016 presentation.
The console will feature 2 TB of storage, 4K resolution and an integrated 4K blu-ray player, with the system costing an ultra low $299. According to Phil Spencer, it will be the smallest Xbox console ever.
The console looks similar to the Xbox One, albeit 40% smaller and with a controller that features a new, textured grip. Both the stand and controller will be sold separately, while 4K streaming will also be available in select supported apps.
