Axl Rose kicked off his new job as stand-in frontman for AC/DC Saturday night at the Passeio Martimo de Alges in Oeiras, Portugal. Check out video from the show below – and while the sounds of Axl/DC are surprisingly sharp given the ages involved and the Frankenstein stand-in, it’s a pretty safe bet that most would rather see Axl back on the mic in his recently-reunited Guns n’ Roses. If their remarkably good Coachella set is any indication, those boys still have a good bit of juice left in ’em.
