In its first season on Netflix, Marvel’s Daredevil quickly established itself as one of the best action series. In particular, the hallway fight from the second episode was widely hailed as one of the greatest action sequences on TV. This season, the Daredevil creative team attempted to top themselves with another showstopping sequence.
After Daredevil escaped from the Punisher in the third episode of season 2, he finally got the upper hand on his adversary and knocked him out. But a very pissed off biker gang came looking for payback, and they blamed Daredevil for raining destruction upon them.
Daredevil could have gotten away…but when an old man was endangered by the gang, he took them on directly even though an unloaded gun was taped to his hand! Superhero Network has posted the entire stairwell fight sequence from the third episode, and it’s definitely among the season’s highlights!

All 13 episodes of Daredevil are currently on Netflix. It’s only been available online since Friday, but don’t be too shocked if Netflix pulls the trigger on a quick renewal to make sure that a third season of Daredevil isn’t too far away. In fact, there’s probably a pretty good chance that the Punisher and Elektra may also be up for their own Netflix series.
In the meantime, the third Marvel Netflix series, Luke Cage will premiere on September 30, and the fourth series, Iron Fist will begin production later this year.
