The world’s chart-topping songstress Adele has announced a new North American tour, with 56 stops scheduled, following the European leg of her tour.
The tour, which begins on July 5th in St. Paul, Minnesota, includes a number of Canadian stops in Montreal (September 30th and October 1st), Toronto (October 3, 4, 6 and 7), and Vancouver (July 20 and 21). Adele wraps things up with two performances in Mexico City next November.
Adele burst onto the scene with the release of her debut album, 19, in 2008. She followed that up with 21 (2011) and her most recent project, 25, which has been topping charts and breaking records left and right since it was released this year (it was the fastest selling album in the UK, and sold 3.38 million copies in its first week in the US, the largest single sales week for an album since Nielsen began monitoring sales in 1991, according to BBC.
