The Dead are coming to Los Angeles this Sunday.
Fear The Walking Dead is the long-awaited spinoff/prequel/companion series for the wildly successful TV series, The Walking Dead. Robert Kirkman co-created the original Walking Dead comic book, and he also co-created Fear The Walking Dead with Dave Erickson.
Unlike The Walking Dead, Fear The Walking Dead takes place at the beginning of the zombie apocalypse…long before people realized that it was too late to prevent the end of the world as they knew it. AMC has withheld a lot of footage from the new series, but the network has finally released the first three minutes from the pilot episode.
In this scene, we meet Nick Clark (Frank Dillane), a drug addict who awakens in an abandoned church and discovers something unsettling when he goes to look for his girlfriend.
Fear The Walking Dead stars Dillane alongside a cast that includes Kim Dickens, Cliff Curtis, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Lorenzo James Henrie, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Rubén Blades, Mercedes Mason, and Patricia Reyes Spíndola.
