Amy Schumer has been photographed in bed with Star Wars’ C-3PO and R2D2, and holy shit how hasn’t she been hit with a lawsuit yet?
But don’t worry, Star Wars fans, your droid heroes haven’t been defiled by the comedienne – these are actually photos that belong to a shoot for GQ’s comedy issue.

Unfortunately, that still hasn’t presented LucasFilm and Disney being pissed off about it, responding to an offended fan with the following tweet:

However, as pointed out by Polygon, the photoshoot likely falls under fair use as it could be classified as a parody of the sci-fi series, so there may not be a court order and hefty fine in GQ’s immediate future. However, I can imagine that Disney will at least be making a phone call to their lawyers, as having Schumer discuss being fisted by C-3PO whilst lying in bed next to the protocol droid isn’t really great for the company’s image. With that being said, it all seems consensual so what’s the issue here? Aren’t humanoids allowed a little fun, too? C-3PO is fluent in over six million forms of communication, so it’d only be logical that he’d also be familiar with the language of looooove.
