It’s that time of year again, so you better start planning. Now in its third year, Listen Out festival is confirmed to be returning in September/ October 2015, stopping by Perth, Sydney, Brisbane and a brand new Melbourne venue.
The boutique festival will launch its 2015 instalment in Melbourne at its new home in the Catani Gardens in St Kilda on Saturday 26th September, before moving on to Perth, Sydney and finishing up at Brisbane Showgrounds on Sunday 4th October.
Organisers have also said the line-up is “coming soon”. As triple j point out, the festival’s Facebook page might just offer a few hints at who we might expect to see there, having recently posted about tours from Melbourne’s Roland Tings and producer Golden Features. Time will tell.
Listen Out was introduced as a replacement for the Parklife festival in 2013. The inaugural event boasted a lineup featuring the likes of UK EDM stars Disclosure and Harlem rapper Azealia Banks, as well as Duke Dumont, Alunageorge, and more. Last year’s lineup featured the likes of Flume, Chet Faker, ZHU, ScHoolboy Q, Ta-Ku and Tkay Maidza.
