While the Daredevil feature film never got a true sequel, the Daredevil series on Netflix will take another bow. Earlier today, Marvel and Netflix announced the renewal of Daredevil for a second season.
That news came only 11 days after all 13 episodes of Daredevil premiered simultaneously on Netflix. The Daredevil series features Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer whose extraordinary senses allowed him to seek out his own brand of justice as Daredevil. Vincent D’Onofrio co-starred as Wilson Fisk, with Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Rosario Dawson, Vondie Curtis Hall, Ayelet Zurer, Bob Gunton and Toby Leonard Moore rounding out the cast.
