Foo Fighters have claimed that they will be playing three secret, intimate club gigs whilst in the UK.
The gigs will likely take place in London, as the band are set to headline the upcoming Invictus Games in the city. Taking to their official Twitter account, the band wrote: “Sure missed you…now, let’s do 3 club gigs this week…”

The band also previously tweeted out an image of a drum kit with an image of Freddie Mercury and Mick Jagger on its skin, accompanied with the caption: “Michael and Freddy think it would be a shame to just do one show while we’re in the UK…”
An announcement hasn’t yet been made in regards to the venues that the Foo Fighters will be visiting, though the band tweeted out an image of a plug socket which has led fans to speculate that they could either be taking to the Electric Ballroom of Brixton Electric. On a possibly related note, Brixton Electric has stated that they have a special announcement to make on Monday (September 8th), which is now rumoured to be linked with the Foo Fighters.
