Nintendo Announces Mario Golf: World Tour DLC, First Pack Arrives on Launch Day

Nintendo is taking on DLC head-on in a way it never has before with Mario Golf: World Tour. DLC available at launch and beyond will deliver an entire course and new character per pack, in addition to new powers.

Three DLC packs are planned, titled Mushroom Pack, Flower Pack, and Star Pack. The first package will arrive on launch day, while the other two will launch in May and June respectively.

The price for each of these packs? $5.99. Not bad, but let’s be honest, this extra content could have easily been bundled with the game, which is $39.99 itself.

A season pass will also be available for those who plan on getting all three packs and want a small discount.
