Sweethead have released a new single and dates for a couple of Australian shows coinciding with this week’s launch of the massive Queens Of The Stone Age, Nine Inch Nails Australian tour.
Consisting of Troy Van Leeuwen (QOTSA), Eddie Nappi (Handsome), Norm Block (Plexi) and singer Serrina Sims, Sweethead dropped their first new material since 2009’s self-titled album in the form of ‘Reverse Exorcism’ via FasterLouder earlier this week.
The video clip features Eagles Of Death Metal’s Jesse Hughes and was directed Kii Arens, the same guy behind the video to QOTSA’s ‘The Vampyre of Time and Memory’.
With QOTSA heading to Australia for a co-headline tour with Nine Inch Nails, Sweethead will debut their new material in a couple of side shows in Sydney and Melbourne in the coming weeks.

The Nine Inch Nails, Queens Of The Stage tour kicks off in Sydney in Friday night as part of an 11-stop Australian tour.
