The Beatles’ Ringo Starr will be making a special guest appearance on kids’ TV show The Powerpuff Girls. In the cameo appearance he will sing the song “I Wish I Was A Powerpuff Girl” and don a yellow dress and bow. Makes sense.
Ringo will be appearing in an episode of the animated show’s comeback series, in which he’ll play Fibonacci Sequins, a mathematician kidnapped by the Powerpuff Girls’ evil monkey nemesis Mojo Jojo. Ringo also provides his thoroughly creepy likeness for the character.
A new series of the show, which ended its original run in 2005, will be broadcast on January 20th. Watch the video of Ringo Starr’s appearance below.
