Capcom has released a new short ‘Prologue’ trailer for its upcoming online co-op RPG Deep Down.
The free-to-play procedurally generated game, which bares more than a passing resemblance to Dark Souls, tasks up to four players with taking down monsters in New York in the year 2094, though you wouldn’t guess that the game is set in the future from its dungeon crawling gameplay.
The trailer shows off a few snippets of third-person action, with Deep Down‘s quarter of masked protagonists teaming up to bring down some particularly gruesome looking creatures.
Deep Down is set to release in 2014 exclusively on the PlayStation 4. Watch the trailer below.
