Remember these guys? Franz Ferdinand, leaders of the British guitar music uprising of 2004, have unveiled their "comeback" single, the joyous 'Right Action', which you can listen to above.
The single is the first to be taken from the band's upcoming fourth studio album, Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action, which the Glasgow band have been working on since 2010. The album was recorded in frontman Alex Kapranos' personal studio, with this lead-off single produced by Alexis Taylor and Joe Goddard of Hot Chip.
According to the band, the new single is "the sound of 4 guys playing in a small room together. It’s the sound of Right Action. It’s the sound of Right Now."
