South Park’s Viral Season 29 Intro Features Donald Trump ‘Naked’

South Park returned on Wednesday night with a new name, a new theme song, and a “naked” Donald Trump. The long-running Comedy Central series, now rebranded as South America, kicked off Season 29 with an opening sequence that sets the tone for its latest round of political satire.

The premiere episode, titled “South American Biker Gangs,” opened with an updated theme song declaring, “I’m goin’ down to South America, have myself a time!” before cutting to the show’s newest addition: a cameo from the president himself. The new South Park intro features Donald Trump using what seems like the American flag to wipe his bottom.

The “naked” Trump moment caps weeks of buildup. Earlier this month, creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone announced the series would be known as South America moving forward, a jab at Trump’s push to rename geographic landmarks. “Inspired by the bravery and patriotism of Apple and Google, we are changing the name of ‘South Park’ to ‘South America,'” the pair said in a statement.

“We especially want to thank our parent company Paramount — a Skydance Capitulation.” The rebrand mocks Trump’s recent efforts to rename Lake Ontario as Lake America, New Mexico as New America, and the Gulf of Mexico as the Gulf of America. These are changes Apple and Google later reflected in their map applications.

Moreover, the episode itself followed Cartman, Stan, Kyle and Kenny as they embraced e-bikes, only for the town’s parents to form a rival biker gang in response. As usual, Kenny dies when his e-bike explodes, and his death unites South America to outlaw e-bikes and sell “South America Strong” T-shirts. The premiere continues the show’s Season 28 political antics, which included JD Vance and Donald Trump plotlines and Pete Hegseth attempting to break Peter Thiel out of jail.

South Park, now South America, airs on Comedy Central.
