Jeremy Renner delighted his fans recently as he shared an image from the set of Mayor of Kingstown, while also hinting at the possible release date window for Season 4. The debut season debuted on Paramount+ in November 2021 and has been much loved by audiences since then. The thriller series features a talented cast including Renner, Tobi Bamtefa, Hugh Dillon, Emma Laird, Taylor Handley, and many more.

The Hawkeye actor surprised his fans on social media by sharing an image of himself from the sets of his Paramount+ series Mayor of Kingstown. He is currently filming for Season 4 of the popular show and also shared an update with fans regarding the status of filming.

In the photo posted on X (formerly Twitter), Jeremy Renner is holding the clapperboard, dressed in the signature costume of his character, Mike McLusky. The actor wrote, “We’re a couple weeks into This new season 4 @kingstown @paramountplus Can’t wait to see what happens next!!!”

Additionally, Renner provided a hint regarding the release date of Mayor of Kingstown Season 4. As he mentioned that the show is already in production, viewers might certainly get to watch Season 4 later this year. The third season of the series also went into filming in January 2024, leading them to finish work on it by May and release the show in June.

Earlier, the actor talked about his return to the set of Mayor of Kingstown Season 3 and the difficulties he faced after the horrifying snowplow incident. In a May 2024 interview with Entertainment Tonight, Jeremy Renner recalled, “It was something unlike I really felt before, I was in a place of self-doubt. I don’t know if I’m physically capable of — ’cause you know, it’s 12 hours, 14 hours on a set. Whether you’re doing stunts or not, it’s exhausting.”
