Donald Trump’s New Hairstyle Sparks Internet Frenzy

Donald Trump recently debuted what seems to be a new hairdo, and the internet has been flooded with comments about his new look. After a video of the president-elect started circulating on social media, netizens took to X (formerly Twitter) to voice their opinions. While many loved the change of hairstyle, others were not a huge fan of the mullet-like cut.

Donald Trump sparks frenzy after seemingly rocking new hairstyle

On December 17, a video of Donald Trump at his Palm Beach club started making the rounds on social media platforms. It looked like he had just finished a game of golf. The president-elect took the opportunity to greet his supporters at Mar-a-Lago, asking them if they were having a good time. He wore a white tee and black pants for the golfing session. In addition, he completed the look with a “Make America Great Again” baseball cap.

However, what caught everyone’s attention was Donald Trump’s mullet-like hairstyle. The president-elect tends to stick to his neatly coiffed hairdo but in the short clip, his golden tresses were slicked back. It looked like the sides of his head were shaved or trimmed short, giving his hair a mullet-like look. It is important to note it could just be a case of hat hair. After all, in the video, Trump walked into the room with a baseball cap in hand.

The internet had a mixed reaction to Donald Trump’s new hairdo. According to The Independent, Fox News anchor Harris Faulkner was a fan of the mullet. Many commenters also called the new look a “big improvement,” noting that this hairstyle on Trump makes him “look more youthful.” However, not everyone was behind Donald Trump’s look that was seen in the new video, as some netizens stated that the president-elect had “lost his aura,” also saying that it is “so over.”
