Travis Kelce fell in love with Taylor Swift’s ‘Death By a Thousand Cuts’
On the new bonus episode of “New Heights with Jason & Travis Kelce” podcast, the Kelce brothers discussed Taylor Swift’s vast discography. The Chiefs player noted if he had to listen to just one song by the singer for the rest of his life, it would be “Blank Space” from her 2014 album “1989.” Travis gushed, “I mean ‘Blank Space’ is a song that I’ll always listen to forever.” He added, “It’s just unbelievable, everything about it.”
Travis continued to mention more recent songs by Swift that he likes. The football star shared, “‘Death By a Thousand Cuts’ is one that I’ve learned to absolutely love.” Travis recalled he watched Swift’s NPR, her Tiny Desk, where she played the song from the album “Lover.” The Kansas City Chiefs tight end explained that’s where he fell in love with the track. Travis also added, “On top of that, I mean ‘The Alchemy,’ can’t go wrong with that one.”
Meanwhile, Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce, shared that his favorite Taylor Swift song is “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.” He said, “I’m not even gonna go through all of her incredible hits,” further adding, “I think it just stops right there for me.” Besides that, some other songs that Travis mentioned are “So High School” and “The Alchemy” from Taylor’s latest album “The Tortured Poets Department.” He also added “Cowboy Like Me” from the “Evermore” album.
