On Wednesday, Doja Cat celebrated the fifth anniversary of her album “Hot Pink.” She uploaded a new post on Instagram, captioning it, “Celebrating 5 years of Hot Pink with some new artwork for the wall.” In the first picture, the rapper could be seen holding a frame of the album cover with its Platinum certification. She also wore showstopping outfits, creating an appropriate homage to the album.

Doja Cat wore a pink latex swimsuit from Vex Latex. The suit featured a plunging neckline and matching arm gloves that covered her fingers as well. She wore eye-catching red platform heels that contrasted the pink latex fabric. The singer completed the look with large dangling diamond earrings and chunky bracelets.

Meanwhile, another look saw her in a large blonde afro wig and a dress made with super-sized flat sequins from Stringys. The pink and white sequins were attached by strings, which gave off a mirror-like reflection when it interacted with light. She completed the outfit with nude strappy heels. Doja Cat’s creative director and stylist Brett Alan Nelson assembled the look and makeup artist Ivan Núñez gave her a royal matte glam. Hairstylist J Stay Ready gave the rapper hot pink hair to commemorate the album’s fifth anniversary.

According to Billboard, Doja Cat’s sophomore album “Hot Pink” made it to No. 19 on the Billboard 200 albums chart in the first week of its release. The album’s song “Say So” featuring Nicki Minaj ranked first on the Billboard Hot 100 in May 2020. Other popular songs from the album that also made it to the charts include “Streets,” “Juicy,” and others,
