After expressing her disappointment over the election result, Biles is now calling Biden to seemingly take action during his final months of presidency.

Simone Biles took to X (formerly Twitter) to write a message to President Joe Biden. The 27-year-old penned, “Mr Biden, I need you to stand up, straighten your back and make some things shake before your departure.” She signed off the message with “xoxo the women in america,” followed by a blue heart emoji.
Earlier on Election Day, Biles posted on Threads to share she was supporting the Democratic nominee, Vice President Kamala Harris. Following that, the gymnast conveyed her disappointment in a series of posts on the platform after Donald Trump won the presidential race. Biles shared her initial reaction, “you gotta be f—ing kidding me.” This was followed by, “I’m SO sorry america.” She wrote in the third post, “we deserve better.”
Meanwhile, Biles’ call for action on X (formerly Twitter) was met with mixed reactions. While many expressed their thoughts, a user pointed out, “You mean something he should have done during the Biden/Harris Administration over the last 4 years? Why would he do it now?” Another simply commented, “Stop trying to divide people.”
It has been a fruitful year for the athlete. Biles won three gold medals and one silver at the 2024 Olympics in Paris and solidified her status as the most decorated gymnast of all time.
