Here’s How Many Voter Registrations Sabrina Carpenter Helped With on Tour

Sabrina Carpenter attained yet another milestone in 2024 by logging 35,814 voter registrations on her Short n’ Sweet Tour. The chart-topper helped register the most number of voters this year, topping the HeadCount list of celebrities engaging with potential voters throughout the United States. Carpenter engaged an additional 263,087 voters besides doing a phenomenal job with voter registrations. She achieved this feat during the tour through giveaways, in-person activations, and video boards.

Variety reported that a final count confirmed that Sabrina Carpenter broke the record of any other artist with 35,814 voter registrations. Carpenter partnered with HeadCount, a non-profit organization that collaborates with musicians to promote voter registrations and encourage participation. This year, the singer crossed the 35k mark for her role in registering new voters. On top of that, she engaged an additional 263,087 voters outside of registrations via fun participation such as giveaways, postcards, and in-person activations.

Sabrina Carpenter previously announced that she was partnering with HeadCount before starting the North American, United Kingdom, and Europe leg of her Short n’ Sweet Tour. As part of the collab, they offered fans sweepstakes, urging them to check their voter registration status. The winners will get the chance to attend her San Francisco show on November 9. They also promised to cover charges for accommodations for these select few individuals.

In the HeadCount list, Ariana Grande was placed second after Sabrina Carpenter, with 15,591 new voter registrations, as per Deadline. Grande also engaged 85,848 voters. Meanwhile, Green Day broke its previous record with over 7,900 new voter registrations in 2024 during the Saviors Tour. In addition, the band engaged over 61k voters through in-person activations, twice the number Ariana Grande achieved during her Sweetener World Tour in 2019.

These three artists were among several other musicians who actively partnered with the organization to encourage voters ahead of the presidential elections.
