Here’s When Beyoncé Will Be at the Kamala Harris Houston Rally

Music icon Beyoncé will appear at the Kamala Harris rally in Houston, Texas. This has been confirmed by various outlets, including The Washington Post and CNN, who learned about her appearance from a source familiar with the planning of the event. Harris’s campaign has been attempting to schedule a time for the artist to show up with the Democratic presidential nominee before Election Day. Here’s when Beyoncé is expected to join Kamala Harris in the Houston rally.

What day and time will Beyoncé be at the Kamala Harris rally?

Beyoncé will appear at the Kamala Harris rally on Friday, October 25, which will take place between 3 and 8 PM CDT as noted by the official event schedule for the Democratic campaign.

Other artists who will appear alongside Beyoncé at the rally include guitarist Willie Nelson and DJ Tryfe. Businesswoman Tina Knowles, the mother of Beyoncé, will also be at the event. That said, it is unclear whether Beyoncé will be featured in a performance at the rally.

While Beyoncé has not yet given Kamala Harris an explicit endorsement, she gave permission for her campaign to use her song “Freedom” as its anthem. Since then, the song has been used in official Harris advertisements and was played when the presidential nominee appeared during the Democratic National Convention. Her team has threatened Donald Trump with legal action after he used “Freedom” without her permission.

Beyoncé has been known to support Democratic candidates in the past, including the Biden-Harris campaign back in 2020 where she urged Texas to vote while wearing a mask with the campaign’s logo on it on Instagram. She also sang the National Anthem at former President Barack Obama’s second inauguration in 2013.

Legendary musician Bruce Springsteen will perform at various Kamala Harris rallies as well in a series of shows called “When We Vote, We Win” in the seven swing states leading up to Election Day. Taylor Swift has also endorsed the Harris-Walz campaign, though there is no word on whether she will be performing at one of the campaign’s rallies.
