Meanwhile, the note that Payne wrote said, “Me and Kate to marry within a year/engaged & together 444.” The influencer said she would keep the note close to her even though he had asked her not to look at it. With a broken heart, Cassidy sent a message to her boyfriend, stating his impact around the world.
