She announced her arrival in Austin for the second weekend of the music festival, i.e. October 11-13. The pop star posted a carousel of pictures of her donning a white minidress. It featured a yellow garter-like element attached on the right side.
Meanwhile, Dua Lipa wore the white minidress low to showcase her Hello Kitty nipple pasties with white shoulder straps. Fans took to the comments section to praise the artist over her bold fashion choice. As of this writing, the post already has over 2 million likes.
