Jimmy Fallon Mocks Elon Musk’s Entry at Donald Trump Rally

Jimmy Fallon mocked Elon Musk‘s entry at Donald Trump’s Butler rally in the latest segment of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” The CEO of Tesla turned into the subject of ridicule due to his entrance during Trump’s rally on Saturday. Musk got on the stage and began jumping up and down behind the former president to show his support. Now, Fallon has joined in with commenters who have been joking about Musk’s appearance.

Jimmy Fallon on Elon Musk at Trump rally: ‘Don’t give kids Mountain Dew’

Jimmy Fallon started the segment by congratulating Donald Trump’s rally attendees for witnessing an actual billionaire, Elon Musk, “for the first time.” This was a reference to a 2023 civil lawsuit that accused Trump of falsifying his assets and net worth and fraudulently inflating his wealth for years. Fallon then discussed how during the Pennsylvania rally, Trump commended the X (formerly Twitter) owner “for saving free speech” with the social media platform. The host also joked that Musk “praised Trump for making Truth Social so bad that people still use X.”

Moving on, Jimmy Fallon also addressed Elon Musk’s entrance during Donald Trump’s rally. The talk show host pointed out that Musk “made quite the entrance” before playing the viral clip, showing the Tesla CEO’s animated onstage behavior as he leaps behind Trump. The comedian added, “That is the reason you don’t give kids Mountain Dew.”

On Saturday, Donald Trump and his supporters returned to Butler, Pennsylvania — the same site of his attempted assassination in July — for a rally. It marked the first time Trump and Elon Musk campaigned together for the upcoming presidential elections. Musk also addressed the crowd, telling the audience to “text people now” and to ensure they “actually do vote.” He added that if they do not, “this will be the last election.”

The elections are scheduled to take place in less than a month on November 5.
