George & Amal Clooney share how they spend time with each other
E! News asked George and Amal Clooney how the two stay connected between their work, the foundation projects, and the kids. The “Ocean’s Eleven” actor answered, “I think drinking, mostly.” Amal agreed with her husband and quipped, “Tequila and wine.” George continued, “We are actually together so much, it’s crazy.”
Amal explained, “We actually both work from home as much as possible. And we try not to spend too much time apart when we’re traveling.” She then said, “So we basically follow each other around the globe.” George further shared they “get to drive the kids to school in the morning and all that kind of stuff. So it’s fun.”
The couple share 7-year-old twins, Ella and Alexander, who they have continued to keep away from the public eye. Amal told Entertainment Tonight their son has taken after his dad when it comes to pranking. She shared that whenever Alexander executes his pranks and George comes across them, he “just looks at him [Alexander] and he’s like, ‘Son, I am so proud of you.'” Amal added, “He’s learning from the best.”
Last weekend, George and Amal celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary. At the 2024 Albie Awards, E! News also asked the couple about their special plans for the milestone day. Amal answered they were “going somewhere” but her husband wouldn’t tell her where they were going. George said, “If I tell you it would ruin everything.”
