Lizzo Feels ‘Really Bad’ About Overeating Amidst Weight Loss Journey

Lizzo is getting candid about overeating amidst her weight loss journey. The “Good as Hell” singer has been embracing her new era as she focuses on personal growth and positivity. While Lizzo has continued to share her transformation on social media, the 36-year-old is now sharing her thoughts about the difficult days that are an equal part of the challenging journey. It’s safe to say that some people needed to hear the positive message.

Lizzo took to TikTok to talk about an overeating incident in a new video, which was also shared on her Instagram story. She wrote, “i overate yesterday and im feeling really bad about it.” The singer continued, “im trying to remind myself that my body needed that nourishment. and if my body deserves comfort then my brain deserves comfort too.” The rapper captioned the TikTok video, “If you’re going through this ur not alone.”

After Lizzo posted the video, several fans took to the comments to share words of encouragement. One wrote, “It’s okay Liz, it happens! You’re beautiful as always.” Another empathized with the singer’s struggle and commented, “I needed to hear this too.” Meanwhile, a third penned, “I have been redefining my relationship with food and learning to be gracious with myself as well. I support your continued evolution!”

As Lizzo continues to share her weight loss transformation, she was questioned earlier this month whether she was using Ozempic. However, the “Rumors” singer was quick to shut down the allegations. She took a dig at the claims and wrote, “When you finally get Ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit.” Not only that, Lizzo also replied to the accuser’s comment on her post. She simply asked, “whyyyy do u follow me?,” followed by crying emojis.
