Coldplay’s Chris Martin has given an unexpected surprise to a couple during their photoshoot at Las Vegas’ Tunnel of Love. The frontman of the beloved band was in disguise when he approached the Phoenix couple, Austin Sanders and Mary Zatezalo. He handed out red balloons to them. The singer, 47, chatted for a couple of minutes with Mary and Austin. The three of them then went on to delightfully pose for photos, along with the red balloons, resulting in Chris being a part of the couple’s happy memories.
As reported by People Magazine, Chris Martin’s surprise outing took place as he decided to take a break from the iHeartRadio Music Festival 2024 and went on to hand out balloons in Las Vegas.

Chris Martin of Coldplay has surprised a couple from Phoenix, at their photoshoot at Tunnel of Love in Sin City, wearing a disguise look. He opted for an old-fashioned boxy brown oversized suit. The “Fix You” singer paired the suit with a button-down yellow-hued shirt and a blue tie. His disguise also featured a pair of clumsy sneakers and nerdy glasses with a thick frame. The striking copper red-colored wig Martin wore to complete his look made the “Viva La Vida” creator hard to recognize.
Chris’ Las Vegas night out did not end there. Later on, the singer-songwriter made an appearance at the dive bar Dino’s to take center stage to sing the single “All My Love” for karaoke from their upcoming studio album, for a post-show music video bit, as reported by Billboard. The bar posted a video clip of the singer on their Instagram account, thanking the singer for choosing them and giving them the “BIGGEST SURPRISE OF THE YEAR”.
They also wished him good luck with Coldplay’s upcoming new studio album, ‘Moon Music’. It is all set to be released on October 4.
