Former president Donald Trump had to answer an interesting question during his “Gutfeld!” interview on Wednesday night. Fox News panelist Kat Timpf asked the Republican nominee about the existence of aliens at Area 51, a secretive Air Force base in Arizona that has been part of several popular extra-terrestrial conspiracies. Trump provided a rather intriguing answer. Previously, the former president has spoken about aliens and UFOs several times.
Donald Trump recalls pilots telling him about seeing flying objects
On September 18, Donald Trump appeared as a special guest on “Gutfeld!,” a Fox News late-night talk show hosted by Greg Gutfeld. The Republican presidential candidate answered questions about surviving a second assassination attempt while also interacting with panelists and answering viewers’ questions. It was during one of these lighthearted moments that Trump fielded a question about UFOs and aliens.
Fox News panelist Kat Timpf took Trump’s presence as an opportunity to ask the question. Before proceeding with the question, she inquired, “Can I please ask a question, just because I’m never gonna be allowed in a room with a president again?” After Gutfeld replied in affirmative, Kimpf asked, “Are there aliens at Area 51?”
Trump, who smiled at the question, said this may be a question that he gets asked often. “It is the craziest thing,” he added. The Republican nominee then recalled a conversation he had with several pilots in the White House, who he claimed described an encounter with a possible UFO.
Trump further said, “I don’t think I’m a believer, but I’ve interviewed pilots….They said ‘All I know, sir, is that there was a round object that was going four times faster than my F-22,’ which is a very fast plane.” He further elaborated, “Four or five guys I’ve interviewed, solid people, great pilots for the US Air Force, etcetera, they’ve seen things that they cannot explain.”
This isn’t the first time that the former president has spoken about UFOs and aliens. In a June 2024 interview with Logan Paul, Trump stressed how pilots have told him stories about how they have seen things that one wouldn’t believe.
