The new McDonald’s Collector’s Meal cups are set to launch soon, providing six colorful cups rooted in nostalgia.
The ’90s-themed cups feature designs that include Beanie Babies, Jurassic Park, and more, and both kids and grown adults alike want to get their hands on them. So when and where can you get them? Here’s what you need to know.
Where and when can you get the McDonald’s Collector’s Meal cups?
The cups will be available with the purchase of a McDonald’s Collector’s Meal, which will start on August 13. Two variations of the Collector’s Meal will be made available; one for the fast food chains’ breakfast hours, and the other for the rest of the day. The breakfast meal will include a sausage and egg McMuffin, hash brown, and coffee. The regular meal will include the choice of a Big Mac or Chicken McNuggets with fries and a drink.
The cups are intended to evoke memories of the ’90s and early 2000s, and feature popular products or franchises from that era. McDonald’s Global Chief Marketing Officer Morgan Flatley said the company wanted to give “fans a memory that they can hold in their hands.”
“These new collectible cups commemorate some of our most unforgettable designs and global collaborations over the years, allowing longtime fans to relive treasured moments and helping a new generation make their own lasting memories,” Flatley said.
