Kim Kardashian Inundated With Date Offers From Attorneys, Scientists, and Doctors, But She’s ‘Just Not Ready’ (Here’s What She’d Like to Do When She Is)

Don’t cry for Kim Kardashian. Sure, the 41-year-old mom of four is going through a complicated divorce from her baby daddy Kanye West. She also had a hot and heavy rebound relationship with Saturday Night Live alum Pete Davidson that ended abruptly due to lame reasons like lack of time and scheduling conflicts. But the reality TV star-turned-entrepreneur seems to have accepted, and may even be embracing, her single status.

When she appeared on The Late Late Show With James Corden two weeks ago, she seemed in no rush to partner up again.

“I cannot begin to imagine how Kim Kardashian looks for a partner. It’s not like you’re gonna bump into someone in Ralph’s,” Corden said. “How does Kim K get a date?”

“I haven’t really thought about it ‘cause I’m not looking, I just wanna chill for a minute,” Kardashian responded. “I think I need some time to myself and to focus, finish school, all that.”

She later added, however, that if she were to get back in the dating game, she wouldn’t go out with a celebrity. She said her next boyfriend would likely be “a scientist, neuroscientist, biochemist, doctor, attorney…That’s maybe what I envision in the future.”

Well, be careful what you wish for, because in Kardashian’s case, male professionals in those fields came flocking when they got word that they might have a snowball’s chance in hell of being her type.

When Kardashian stopped by Live with Kelly and Ryan earlier this week, she admitted that “a bunch of attorneys and scientists and doctors have reached out.”

Unfortunately for them, their professional pedigree won’t help them land a date with the notorious Kim K. That’s because, “I’m just not ready,” Kardashian told show hosts Ryan Seacrest and Kelly Ripa.

“I’m not looking for anything,” she continued. “I think I just really need to be by myself and focus on finishing law school and my kids.”

Yup, this girl’s got goals, and they don’t involve a man. At least, not for the foreseeable future.

When pressed on who she might date next, Kardashian responded, “absolutely no one.” (That’s pretty definitive, fellas. Sorry.) She went on to say that dating apps are “not even an option.” (We wish we could say the same.)

But even Kim Kardashian isn’t completely throwing in the towel. She can still imagine dating, just in a very low-key way.

“I think it would have to be something like set up at a friend’s house, something really chill nowhere out in public,” she said. “I just want chill.”

So the most sought-after woman in the world just wants to chill. We think we speak for all men when we say we can totally handle that. Maybe Kim isn’t so far out of our league after all…
