With the new Disney + television show about She-Hulk dropping this month, we’ve started to think about the likeability of Marvel characters. What makes one character more likable than others? What makes one more memorable? What makes one more despised? The Marvel Universe is vast and loaded with superheroes, super villains, and various side characters. Some are memorable and others not so much. Some are beloved and others are just flat-out annoying.
Since we want to get to the bottom of this, we decided to rank our favorite Marvel characters of all time. We didn’t differentiate between superheroes, villains, and side characters. Keep scrolling to see all of the picks. Did your favorite make the cut?

8. Yondu Udonta
Former villain turned good guy, Yondu Udonta is the former leader of a faction of Ravagers. He’s the adoptive father of Peter Quill and a very interesting, memorable character.

7. Wolverine
Wolverine is a dark, brooding, damaged loner and in the world of try-too-hards, he’s one of the best superheroes because he’s just not trying that hard to be a total badass.

6. Ant-Man
We love anything featuring Paul Rudd. So, take a Marvel character and add in a healthy dose of Rudd’s sense of humor and you have yourself a great character.

5. Drax
One of Peter Quill’s crew, Drax is hilarious and enthusiastic about everything. His strange sense of humor is enough to get us to like him.

4. Loki
Thor’s mischievous brother finally got his time to shine on his recent Disney + show. We loved every minute of it.

3. Korg
Korg is a giant rock man who befriends Thor while he’s battling in a gladiator competition. He’s hilarious and surprisingly nice for a giant man made of rocks.

2. Wanda Maximoff
To be fair, we didn’t know much about Wanda Maximoff before her Disney + show. Now, after that, we want to see more of this strange, unique character as soon as possible.

1. Deadpool
We don’t care if it's seemingly the same smug joke over and over again. Ryan Reynolds' portrayal of Deadpool is the best in the MCU.
