Miley Cyrus comes in like a wrecking ball. But hopefully not into your marriage. Still, the controversial pop star has some opinions about matrimony, and she made them known recently while headlining Lollapalooza Brazil Music Festival in Brazil.
That’s where Miley – dressed seductively in a dangerously low-cut leotard, black stockings, and knee-high boots – brought a couple of her fans up onstage. One of them got down on their knee and proposed to the other. Miley seemed genuinely shocked – though she must have known this was going to go down or she wouldn’t have allowed them to come forward.

But leave it to Miley to keep it real.
After she screamed, “YAS, FOREVER, BITCH!” and gave the newly engaged couple a heartfelt “Congratulations!” she also issued a word of warning. Make that several.
“Honey, I hope your marriage goes better than mine,” she said, referring to her union with Liam Hemsworth. “Mine was a fucking disaster!”
In case you missed that disaster, Hemsworth and Cyrus married in a secret ceremony in 2019 after almost 10 years in an on-again, off-again relationship together. They split after only seven months, and she was accused of cheating with blogger Kaitlynn Carter.
“What really sucked about it wasn’t the fact that me and someone that I loved realized that we don’t love each other the way that we used to anymore,” Miley told Joe Rogan in 2020. “I can accept that. I can’t accept the villainizing.”
So, yeah, that sounds like a marriage Miley wouldn’t wish on anyone. Here’s hoping her fans can go the distance and keep the love alive.
