Viral Petition Calls For Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith to Stop Being Interviewed, Where Do We Sign?

You don’t have to be a rabid fan of Will Smith or Jada Pinkett-Smith to feel like you’ve been bombarded with TMI about the celebrity couple. Over the past year, the famous husband and wife have revealed more than anyone ever wanted to know about their private lives via Jada’s Red Table Talk show, Will’s self-titled memoir, and various interviews.

From the couple’s marital problems to Will having so much sex he almost vomited to Jada contemplating Brazilian butt lift surgery, everyone has heard enough from these two. People are so fed up with the Smiths’ oversharing, they’re actually doing something about it!

A petition has been posted on Change.org begging journalists to “Stop interviewing Will and Jada smith!” [sic] and over 20.5 annoyed internet users have signed it.

The “reasons for signing” section says it all.

“Everything I learn about this couple is against my will. Free us,” one commenter wrote.

“I’m sick and tired of hearing the BS that goes on in their personal lives. It’s exhausting. I’ve muted their names everywhere, AND STILL SEE THIS!! I’m sick of their weirdness. Make it STOP!!!” another said.

“They keep shoving their personal lives down our throats and frankly, we do not care! Attention seeking is a mental illness and they need to get help,” a third opined.

We’re guessing the Smiths won’t stop talking long enough to hear all the negative buzz surrounding their incessant confessions, but maybe, just maybe, while Googling themselves, they’ll stumble upon the petition and lay off the press tour for a bit. Us weary regular folks can only hope…
