You might not know the name Olivia Dunne, but you should. The LSU sophomore gymnast also known as “Livvy” is the most-followed college athlete on social media – and she’s so cute, she deserves to be in your feeds.
The 19-year-old boasts 1.3 million followers on Instagram and 4.5 million followers on TikTok. Though she’s been an avid social media user since she was 10 years old, her follower counts really ticked up during the pandemic.
“I was quarantined in Florida and I just started making content at the beach, doing flips and filming it. My videos started to get on the ‘for you’ page [on Instagram] a lot more, so more people saw them … and it took off,” Dunne told the New York Post. “Then I went to LSU and the Louisiana following — they’re the best.”
She’s used those massive fan bases to make bank, too – to the tune of millions of dollars’ worth in brand deals. WME Sports signed her, and soon partnerships with brands like Vuori, American Eagle, PlantFuel, and Bartleby followed.
And while her endorsements are all well and good, what we’re really here for are the bikini pics.
