You’ll Never Guess Dog the Bounty Hunter’s Reason For Using Racist Slur

Dog the Bounty Hunter may look like a cartoon wrestler who just emerged from a box of exploding dirt grenades, but that doesn’t mean he ain’t one classy hound. It’s probably the casual racism that seals the deal on that.

The former reality star (and current mullet enthusiast) is still smarting over his show getting canceled in 2007 after a phone call leaked of him using the N-word six times to describe his son’s girlfriend. Now, in a bombshell interview, Dog is finally explaining why everyone needs to chill the feck out and forgive him for his offensive language.

And his reason is priceless.

“I thought I had a pass in the black tribe to use it, kind of like Eminem,” Mr. Bounty Hunter told Entertainment Tonight,  explaining that during his stint in prison for first-degree murder, he got a pass from his friends on the inside.

“I had just gotten out of prison in 1979 after spending time, 18 months in Texas, and it was probably three-fourths from the black tribe,” he clarified. “So that was a word that we used back and forth, as maybe a compliment.”

Totally.

So the man did some real hard living and gained some unique views on the world through an unforgettable bonding experience in the heady late-’70s. Unfortunately, several decades later he found out the hard way his “pass expired… but no one told me.”

While all 13 of Dog’s children didn’t score an invite to his recent nuptials to Francie Frane due to alleged disagreements over lifestyle choices, that didn’t stop the groom from enjoying a cigarette at his beautiful Thursday night ceremony.

Unlike Dog the Bounty Hunter’s daughter Bonnie Chapman, we’re not here to claim the man’s a racist. We’re just here to say maybe he needs to cool it on the public mansplaining of his racist remarks for a while and just mansplain stuff to his new wife. At least until the honeymoon is over.
