It only took two weeks for The Boys to become one of the most-watched series on Amazon. If you haven’t seen it yet (seriously, what are you waiting for?), the show is a bloody, funny, dark, twisted, and timely story that’s full of heart. Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Erin Moriarty, and Antony Starr as the ultimate supervillain Homelander are the cherries on top of a disturbingly warped world full of rich characters. Created by Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen, and Evan Goldberg, The Boys joins a long list of comic books that have been adapted into hit television shows, and with highly-anticipated series like Watchmen and Batwoman on the horizon, the successful trend has shown no signs of slowing down. But where does Kripke’s new series land among the best of the best in comic book TV series adaptations?
