After six years together, Kate Hudson and her husband, Chris Robinson of The Black Crowes, are separating. They have one son together, Ryder Russell, who is two years old.
I tried to find ways to make fun of these people, but I love The Black Crowes and I’ve only seen one Kate Hudson movie, Almost Famous, which was good. Furthermore, I haven’t yet heard Kate Hudson or Chris Robinson shoot off at the mouth Sean Penn/Tim Robbins/Susan Sarandon/Gwyneth Paltrow-style, so I don’t really have a reason to loathe them … yet. But speaking of Almost Famous, please allow me to go on the record as saying I have fantasized about riding Billy Crudup’s face and pedaling his ears more than thrice. Sorry about the impending divorce, “Penny Lane,” but since I was kind to you this time, feel free to put in a good word for me with Billy and I promise won’t give you shit about You, Me and Dupree.
