Sharon Stone was at a press conference which was held to promote her as the new face of a Christian Dior line of skin care products. Rather than wasting the press’ time talking about Christian Dior, she decided to scold several fashion houses for firing Kate Moss. Quoth the megabitch,
I think that we have to be aware that people are allowed to make mistakes in their life …”
I realize Sharon lives in that false reality known as the world of the Hollywood elite, but back home on Earth, chalking lines of Peruvian flake and vacuuming it up your nose isn’t what we call a “mistake.” Furthermore, I watched the video, and Kate didn’t trip and fall face first into her stash. But that would have made the video even more entertaining.
Sharon went on to say,
Whether or not a house stands with her or not through it says more about the house than it does about her.”
Right, so that’s Sharon’s slick way of saying people who fire Moss are idiots, and people who don’t are not. Sharon, normal people get fired from our jobs when we’re caught abusing drugs. Your opinion, which seems to imply that Kate Moss is somehow above us because you think she has some sort of starving supermodel status of diplomatic immunity, says more about you than it does us. (Hint: The word I’m thinking of rhymes with “punt”.)
