Hundreds Of Teens Throw Party In Home That’s For Sale While Owners Are At Dinner

One Colorado couple isn’t very happy because what started out as a nice night out at dinner turned into a night of hell upon returning to their home.

Mike Cox and his wife returned home to find hundreds of teenagers holding an insane party filled with booze and teens destroying property. Here’s what Mike told 7News Denver.

“I think we were targeted because our house was for sale on the market, and somebody saw it online and thought it was going to be empty. But it wasn’t…This is our home. It’s not just an empty house that’s for sale. It’s where we live.”

So it seems that the teens got word that the house was on sale and on the market and just assumed it was empty. But the idiots didn’t realize that people still lived in it. Check out the video below to hear Mike discuss his “rage” about what went down at his house.

Here’s what else Mike had to say about walking into this insane scene:

“There were beer cans, liquor bottles, wine bottles, everywhere. There’s video of 5, 6 kids on top of this counter top, squirting champagne all over my house. My wife was in tears. It was devastating.”

Because of this ordeal, Mike and his wife have taken the home off the market. According to Cox, some of the teens at the party have been arrested and will be facing charges of burglarizing and underage drinking.

And maybe it’s because I’m older now, but now I realize how awful teenagers truly are. Although I knew that even when I was a teen myself.
