Most of you remember Jim Mora as the old Indianapolis Colts head coach who famously asked, “Playoffs? Don’t talk about—playoffs?! You kidding me? Playoffs?! I just hope we can win a game! Another game!” following his team’s loss to the 49ers in 2001.
Well, odds are this clip won’t live on in infamy quite like that rant, but still, it’s not everyday that you see an 82-year-old former NFL coach up past 10 p.m. on a school night much less swearing because he’s unaware that they have cut to him and his colleagues, meaning they’re now on live television.
It started out innocently enough, as anchor Scott Walker sent it out to the boys by saying, “The later it gets, the less patient coach [Mora] gets with Fletcher and Sharief, guys.”
Well, Mora wasn’t listening, and that’s probably because he’s 80-fucking-2 years old now, so Sharief Ishaq decided to repeat what Walker had said to him. Still not thinking he and the boys were on live television, Mora jokingly replied with, “Tell Scott he’s full of shit.”
Enjoy.
Here’s A Former NFL Coach Swearing On Live TV
Hey, it could have been worse for Mora. I mean, not shitting your pants in public or on live TV is probably considered a pretty good day by the time you reach 82.
