Usually when somebody throws a “have a nice day” your way, something such as “and you as well” or “thank you very much” gets thrown back in their direction.
Something you wouldn’t normally expect to be thrown back? You guessed it: A cup of urine.
According to The Washington Post, that’s allegedly what happened on a Washington, D.C. Metro bus Saturday evening when 38-year-old Opal L. Brown was exiting the bus at the corner of Benning Road and Minnesota Avenue. Police finally caught up with her Wednesday afternoon at another Metro station and arrested her.

A Metro spokeswoman said the female bus driver told Brown to “have a nice day,” and she responded by hurling a cup of her piss at her. Meanwhile, Brown says that’s what happened, but she only did it because she didn’t care for the driver’s tone.
“She said ‘have a nice day’ all sarcastically,” Brown said. “She could have been more courteous.”
Brown then apparently took to Facebook to share her side of the story, a move that was rather damning in terms of proving her innocence:
“OK YALL KNOW IT WAS ME. I WANT TO APOLOGIZE TO HER BUT METRO OWE ME AND [she] WAS BEING VERY RUDE.”
Yeah, call me crazy, but if you’re looking for me to choose a side in the battle as to who’s telling the truth here, I’m going to lean heavy on the side that isn’t walking around and living life with a cup o’ piss in her hands.
Brown will now be charged with simple assault according to police.
