The video below is just more proof that people who choose to live in Australia are insane — it’s like The Mist over there. Whether it’s massive spiders or tiger snakes hanging out in Christmas trees, Australia is a rough place to live sometimes. And this time around an Australian woman had to deal with a snake she found in her bathroom.
A woman in Noosa, Queensland was about to take a shower when she noticed that a snake was hanging out inside her bathroom light fitting. The woman of course freaked out and quickly called Queensland’s Snake Catcher Noosa where owner Luke Huntley was ready to get to work.
Check out the video he shared below of him removing the snake that just happened to be hanging out in a bathroom.
“Imagine having a shower or going to the loo and seeing that above your head,” Huntley said. “She thought it was dead at first but then it started to move. I won’t repeat what she said, but she said a word, and it was very much alive.”
Here’s what else the snake catcher said.
“That particular skylight was connected to the air duct. It was a very warm little spot, so it was a great spot for a snake. Lucky for me this little guy was in an awesome mood and was very accommodating by letting me gently coax him out by tickling his belly.”
Ah yes, this dude gets out of bed in the morning and ends up tickling a snake’s belly. Yes, that’s his job. But hey, a lot of people count on him.
Huntley ended up releasing the snake in a nearby bushland. In other news, why the hell would you live in Australia?
